Coaching is a powerful relationship for people making changes in their lives. It's like having your own personal navigator for the journey of your life: someone who will help you find your way and stay on course.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Clients come for coaching because they want to change or improve certain aspects of their lives and/or because they want more meaningful and balanced lives.

Life coaching provides the necessary tools and skills to bring about this change. In my practice there is a special focus on the wellness of clients.

Clients are empowered to explore and address aspects of their lives that may have an impact on their wellness, and to make the necessary changes.

These may include health and/or weight-management, stress-management, managing relationships, self management, time management, etc.
